  • Visitors older than 11 years must wear a face mask inside the museum. Face masks are not provided on-site.
  • Access to cloakrooms is limited to large objects that aren’t allowed in the museum display rooms.
  • Please check the opening hours of the museum before visiting it. 
  • The museum is closed on Mondays, May 1st, and December 25th. 
  • Residents of the European Union under 26 and persons under 18 years of age have free entry to the museum with a valid ID. 
  • The last entrance to the museum is 1 hour before closing time. Please be aware that 45 minutes before closing time, museum staff will begin asking visitors to move toward the exit in order for the museum to close on time.
  • The voucher is valid for one entry only at the indicated time slot. Although you can stay as long as you want within the museum, you cannot leave and return.

I highly suggest going to the 5th floor straight away, where you can see the majority of works by Van Gogh, Monet, Renoir, Manet, etc.
